We strive to provide exceptional life coaching sessions and ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel or request a refund. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below:

1. Cancellation Policy:
   a. If you need to cancel your scheduled coaching session, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the session start time. This allows us to reschedule and accommodate other clients.
   b. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Refund Policy:
   a. If you are unsatisfied with our life coaching session, please let us know within 48 hours of the session. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if a refund is appropriate.
   b. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the refund request.

3. No-show Policy:
   a. If you fail to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notice or explanation, it will be considered a "no-show."
   b. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. However, we understand that emergencies happen, and we encourage open communication to discuss any exceptional circumstances.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee:
   a. We are committed to your satisfaction and personal growth. If, after completing a package of multiple sessions, you feel that you have not received value or seen any progress, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
