Despite enduring the trauma of sexual abuse, the struggles of a failing marriage, and the pain of rejection, Melody has chosen to confront her past and embrace healing. With a master's degree in Theology and a focus on counseling, as well as certification in human behavior, Melody has equipped herself with the tools to guide others on their own paths of growth for the last 18 years. Her story serves as a powerful reminder that no matter the obstacles we face, with faith and determination, we can overcome and become the best versions of ourselves.

Certified by the American Association of Christian Counseling and Light University, and holding a Master of Science in Theology from Covenant Bible College and Seminary, John integrates faith and spirituality into his holistic approach. Michele is a wife, mother, and grandmother whose life experience proves that out of the ashes, beauty can rise. With the Lord by her side, Michele has worked to overcome fear, rejection, and several other life challenges. Her background includes women’s ministry and certified personal training, and she also holds certifications in mental health and life coaching. Michele believes that each individual can walk in wholeness: body, soul, and spirit. Her goal is to help others identify and change destructive patterns to begin a new life giving narrative towards living an abundant life. There is always hope!

Jackson, a devoted father of nine and grandfather of three, holds a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Management and resides in the rugged mountains of West Texas. With a diverse background as an actor, writer, truck driver, and relationship coach, he brings a wealth of life experience to his work. After facing significant hardships, including a painful divorce and personal losses, Jackson found renewed strength and purpose through his faith. Jackson is in the process of obtaining his Christian coaching certification, further deepening his commitment to serving clients with faith-based guidance. Mistelle Sullivan
Mistelle has triumphed over profound challenges, including sexual abuse, addiction, divorce, and the loss of a spouse. As a mother of four adult children, she has witnessed how trauma affects each person differently, with her family navigating the impacts of childhood adversity. Mistelle continues to walk alongside her adult son battling mental illness and addiction caused by trauma, as well as her 19-year-old son fighting cancer.
Her personal journey has taught her that recovery doesn’t eliminate hardships...it transforms how we navigate them. Drawing from her lived experiences and her training as a certified recovery support peer specialist, Mistelle helps individuals heal their mind, body, and soul while encouraging the restoration of families. Her deep commitment to growth and resilience is at the heart of her coaching, empowering others to overcome life’s challenges and emerge stronger.

Karmen Payne
Dr. Payne, a mother and grandmother, holds an EdD in Traumatology and an MA in Human Services Counseling with a focus on sexual addictions. A board-endorsed clinical chaplain and registered nurse, she supports mental health as a faith-based specialist with the Alabama Department of Mental Health. With over a decade of experience in prisons, jails, and rehabilitation centers, Dr. Payne also teaches on various topics in these facilities. An active follower of Christ, she is passionate about advancing the Kingdom and enriching lives through coaching and education.

Heather is a devoted mother, small business owner, and educator with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s in Collaborative Teaching. Heather has leaned deeply into her faith and friendships to navigate her own healing and is passionate about equipping others with the skills she has gained along the way. With a particular focus on biblical parenting, repairing relationships, and fostering peaceful homes, Heather brings a wealth of professional, spiritual, and personal experience to her coaching.
